We had a huge (3m x 2m) window develop a massive crack out of nowhere, and George and his guys came out within the hour to make it safe, and replaced it super quickly.
They're fast, they're professional, they pay attention to small details, and don't cut any corners
You literally don't ever need to go anywhere else, these guys are the best of the best.
(And they didn't even ask me to say any of this, they're just THAT good)

When I found Fast glass 24 hrs 7 Days they answered all my questions and provide a cost effective solution. They were trustable reliable and professional in every communication and requirement. I was asked to pay upfront but had no issues at anytime with this as they were very transparent and supportive of my best interests at all times.
I have only the best things to say about this company from the lively way their phones were answered to the two tradesmen that arrived on time and worked methodically throughout the exercise of replacing 4 double glazed glass units on the first floor of my home.
Very happy customer and I’m sure that anyone else reading this and goes with them will also be as happy as we are.

Came home late one night discovering one of the large glass panels was shattered and broken into pieces. It was shocking, frightening and I admittedly panicked. Apart from all these responses, there was an urgent need to fix the broken glass at least temporarily for the night for the obvious reason, safety. After some online searches, I started to make some calls. Due to the late night, only managed to have one success among many calls. George from fast glass answered the call. Despite it was late, George explained the situation in a complete thorough manner and how to secure the house temporarily and the time frame to fix the glass panel. That soothed my nerve greatly. I have never made any home insurance claim before, George again explained the claim process and offered to speak with the insurance company direct to explain what repair was needed to be carried out. The claim process was longer than expected. George was exceedingly patience, helpful and highly professional. He deserves the best rating.

This was a great experience from start to finish.
It was very easy to book, and I was surprised by how quick the response time was. Payment and invoicing happened smoothly, and the price was fair.
What really did stand out was the knowledge and professionalism. My job was small. But it was not "just" fixed. I regret that I don't recall the Gentleman's name... but he showed me the tiny flaw with installation many years ago, that caused my cracked pane. There was a genuine pride in doing good work, even when I had such a small job.

George and his team are absolute professionals when it comes to customer service and technical expertise. I had something thrown through a very large round window and within 2 hours George was on site to make safe. He even stayed with me to make sure the insurance claim was registered. George then returned to tackle a very tricky job of making a bespoke template, arranging for this glass to be cut by hand and installing. George was in constant contact throughout the whole process. George is passionate about his business, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and engaging. I contacted him about replacing weather-damaged laminated glass panels in our conservatory. Due to changes in building codes a straight replacement was not possible so to replace it 10 mm toughened tinted glass was agreed. George kept me informed from the start of the process right throughout. George and his great team turned up on the day we agreed. It was very hot and the individual glass panels were heavy but George and his team of 3 did not complain and finished the job quicker than we thought. In addition, the area was cleaned afterwards. George went the extra mile by applying silicone in areas that were outside the agreed scope of work. In summary, George and the team did a great job, we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and I highly recommend George and his business.
